Living in Bramhall and Woodford for over 20 years, Nick started in estate agency as an office junior, before running offices in Edgeley, Cheadle and central Manchester for a corporate estate agency. Changing to an independent, Nick ran a Didsbury agency for 6 years. With an appetite to succeed, Nick then founded Mosley Jarman with co-director Ian Jarman.
In the little time he spends away from the office, Nick enjoys watching Manchester United (don't hold it against him) or playing football himself. Nick now lives in Adlington with partner Chloe, daughter Scout and his sons Zebedee and Indiana.
Although Ian has lived in South Manchester for most of his life, having been born in Didsbury he currently lives in Lancashire with wife Hillary and daughter Emma. Hilary runs a successful bed and breakfast business and is also a shareholder in Mosley Jarman. Ian has had a very successful career in senior management working for both corporate and independent estate agents. He began in estate agency itself then made the switch to financial services. Ian is a proud father of his daughter Emma and three other grown up sons who live in the local area. Some of Ian’s best achievements (other than his family) are succeeding in the corporate world, leaving the corporate world to become self employed and of course opening Mosley Jarman in 2011 with co-director Nick Mosley.
Mark lives in Cheadle Hulme with his family, a menagerie of cats and Jasper a Hungarian Vizsla. Mark has lived in and around the Bramhall/Cheadle Hulme area most of his life. He spent his education years at Pownall Green and then Bramhall High School. Having started within the property industry in 1986, Marks first task everyday was to pick litter up outside the office and put the flag up the flagpole, a good grounding! Having moved through the ranks within the industry gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way, he has over 26 years’ experience and is a member of ARLA.
Following university Neil started work as an estate agent in 2002, inspired by property icons Phil and Kirsty! He started out in an estate agency in Manchester City Centre, it was here his path first crossed with Nick Mosley at a company reward trip outing to Chester Races. Neil then went on to work for an independent company in Didsbury. Neil has over 10 years property related experience both within the private and social housing sector. Keen to get back into the private sector he joined Mosley Jarman in September 2013. Neil currently lives in Chorlton with his wife Lisa and is a proud Dad saying his biggest achievements outside of work is his son Dillon and daughter Daisy.
Lauren has great local knowledge, being brought up in Bramhall, Wilmslow and the surrounding areas where she has enjoyed watching the local areas develop with new bars, restaurants and shops. She attended Bramhall High School and completed A-Levels at Aquinas College. Beginning as an apprentice estate agent, her developing skills, industry connections and knowledge of the local areas brought her to Mosley Jarman in October 2015, contributing to Mosley Jarman's success story. When Lauren isn't hard at work she can be found meeting friends for drinks or buying lots of shoes at The Trafford Centre.
Amy has fantastic local knowledge, living in Cheadle Hulme for all of her life. She attended Cheadle Hulme High School and then went onto complete her A-levels in ICT and Photography at Cheadle College. Amy joined us in February 2014 and has worked in the local community since the age of 14, gaining outstanding customer care experience in a variety of customer service roles. Amy enjoys all aspect of working in Estate Agency, especially taking photographs and measurements of our new listings and working with clients, from helping them find their perfect home to ensuring their purchase is stress free. In her spare time, she enjoys a good shopping trip and an ice cold G & T to end the day!
Ellie started at the company in 2012 the same year she graduated from Huddersfield University with a BA Hons in design. Ellie grew up in Cheadle Hulme and Woodford and attended Queensgate Primary School and Bramhall High School. In 2016 she took a break from the company and industry to go and project manage a new build development and is now working towards her HNC in construction management.
When Ellie isn’t working with her lovely team in Bramhall and mucking around on a building site she finds herself mucking out Bronnie’s stable or catching up with friends over a drink or five.
Scott has great local knowledge, being brought up in Bramhall, where he attended Pownall Green Primary School and Hulme Hall Grammar School. After studying at Aquinas College, Scott decided to get into the property industry by joining a large national corporate agent. After getting some experience, Scott wanted to join an Independent agent where he wanted to make a difference and take on reasonability and felt Mosley Jarman was a great fit.
When Scott isn’t on viewings and chasing sales he’s following his favourite football team Manchester City, or going to the gym.
Ben currently lives in Handforth with his family and Miniature Dachshund. He grew up in and around the Handforth/Wilmslow area, studying at Wilmslow High School then moving to the sixth form where he completed A-levels in Geography, Psychology and Product Design. Ben’s family has various ties within the property sector and he wanted to try his hand himself which led him to cross paths with Mosley Jarman in April 2019. He has worked within Wilmslow since the age of 16 which has helped him earn great local knowledge. Since joining our team, he has taken on various roles, gaining outstanding customer service skills and has helped a number of our clients find their perfect home.
When Ben isn’t in the office, he can be found going out for drinks with friends or watching the F1.
Bea joined the company in May 2019, after finishing her A-levels at Knutsford Academy she began her journey into property. After spending some time on the sales, Bea found her calling onto Lettings working alongside Mark. Since she has been picking up great experience dealing with Lettings and the Property Management.
When Bea is away from the office she enjoys socialising with friends, walking in the hills of Bollington and spending quality time with her family and three older sisters.
