Lifestyle in Bramhall

Bramhall plays host to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Newly opened Mercato Italiano joins Piccolino, Pizza Express, Romulus and Ego in hosting Mediterranean flavours and relaxed bars, whilst Amans, Turquoise and Jalfrezi provide more exotic spice. Restaurants are joined by drink and dine venues such as The Bubble Room and Napa to create a vibrant nightlife for a modest village. At the more relaxed end of the spectrum lie quality coffee shops such as Juniper, Ellas Gelato, Pesto and Costa.

Housing in Bramhall

The area has a wide variety of quality housing for buyers and tenants to choose from. In particular there is an excellent choice of larger semi-detached and detached family homes with generous gardens and ample off road parking.

The Bramhall Community

Bramhall is an attractive, leafy and affluent village with a population of around 25,500, situated 11 miles to the south of Manchester. A suburb that has emerged on a ‘rich list’ as 4th most expensive in house prices around Greater Manchester. Bramhall has a strong village community spirit (voted ‘least lonely’ and the ‘friendliest’ place to live in Britain), playing host to a Summer Festival, Light Up Bramhall winter festival and numerous community-centred events; The Bramhall Duck Race and The Big Tea Party being just 2 examples.
